Answers for buyers about custom tube quotation, artwork, samples, mass production, quality, China delivery and export shipping.

Quotation & Customization

Clear product direction, specification and quantity help us quote accurately.

What minimum information is needed before quotation?

Application, filling, size, cap style, quantity, target market and delivery term. Photos or AI/PDF artwork also help.

Can we use our own brand name or logo?

Yes. Send logo, colors, text and artwork; final layout is confirmed before production.

Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

We are a manufacturer: Suzhou Changjia Plastics Co., Ltd.

Can you help us with packaging design?

We can support layout, color and process discussion; final brand design should be confirmed by the buyer.

When can I get the price?

Accurate pricing needs complete specs. If details are missing, we can only give a reference range.

Can you help with products not listed on the website?

Yes. Send photos, samples or specs and we will check feasibility.

What is the MOQ?

It depends on specs and process. Many custom tube projects start from 10,000 pcs for discussion.

Samples & Artwork

Samples and artwork affect sampling and production efficiency.

How can I get samples to check quality?

We can send reference samples or arrange project sampling. Cost and courier method are confirmed by project.

How long does it take to receive samples?

Reference samples usually take about 5-7 days. Custom samples depend on artwork and process.

What artwork files do you accept?

AI or PDF is preferred. JPG/PNG can be used as reference only.

Can you quote with only a photo?

We can estimate direction first, but accurate quotation needs size, material, cap and quantity.

Can we discuss before finished artwork is ready?

Yes. Send logo, brand colors and references first; final artwork is confirmed before sampling.

What should be checked during sample approval?

Check size, color, feel, cap fit, print position and special finish.

Production & Quality

Specs, artwork, material and inspection standards should be aligned before production.

What are your main products?

Custom tubes for beauty, personal care, food, hotel, pharmaceutical and industrial uses.

Do you have stock products?

Usually no. Website products are references for size and appearance.

What is the lead time for mass production?

Common projects are about 25-35 days, depending on artwork, process, quantity and packing.

What affects lead time?

New specs, special caps, complex printing, foil/UV, sample changes and logistics can affect timing.

What certificates or test documents can you provide?

Tell us your document needs during inquiry; we confirm available files by project.

What happens if there is a quality issue?

Send batch info, photos, videos and quantity. If confirmed, we discuss a practical solution.

Packing & Delivery

Delivery terms affect price, responsibility and timing.

How are goods packed and shipped?

Usually in cartons. Inner bags, dividers, labels and pallets can be confirmed by order.

What delivery terms can you support?

EXW, FOB, CIF and Door-to-Door / DAP can be discussed. DDP/DDU need separate confirmation.

Which loading port do you usually use?

Shanghai, Ningbo and other China ports are common. Appointed warehouses can also be used.

Can you deliver to a trading company, forwarder warehouse or buyer’s China warehouse?

Yes. Please provide address, contact, phone, warehouse code and label rules.

How should we choose EXW, FOB or CIF?

Use EXW/FOB if you have a China forwarder. Use CIF if we arrange freight to destination port.

Can you arrange DDP with duties included?

Not by default. It depends on destination, address, goods and forwarder quote.

How fast do you reply to inquiries?

As soon as possible during working hours. Complete details make replies faster.

What payment methods can be discussed?

T/T is common. L/C, PayPal or other methods should be discussed in advance.
